You will only need 1 document to apply for ETIAS, and that is your passport.

In itself the passport already includes a picture of you, the part under the picture that is readable by a passport reading machine and the electronic passport chip which can be found in the cover page of your passport at the bottom (this one is not necessary).

How long does it take to get an answer from the ETIAS staff after submitting your application?

You will be informed for the status of your ETIAS within minutes. If it is approved, you will receive a CONGRATULATIONS! If not, you will be told that it has been denied and the reasons why.

How long can you stay in Europe with the ETIAS visa waiver?

The ETIAS visa waiver will be eligible for staying only 90 days in Europe, for business or leisure reasons. Those citizens that need to stay in Europe for more than 90 days will need to apply for a different kind of visa.
